Has been in Egypt since 1936 and for the year 2000 reported an annual turnover of around US $100 million. Caltex operates 40 service stations throughout the country, owns lubricants manufacturing and blending plant with a capacity of 23,000 tons per year. " We already have a 16 percent market share of the visiting airlines to the Cairo International Airport," said Ehab Eissa, Managing Director for Caltex Egypt. He further noted that. " We are delighted to have won the contract to be sole supplier to the Marsa Alam International Airport. What is also significant about Marsa Alam International Airport, is  that this the first international airport within Egypt other than the Cairo International Airport that will be fueled by a multinational company."

It is a fundamental principle of our group to bring together quality players and service supplier at the Marsa Alam International Airport with obvious corporate commitments to excellence, efficiency, customer service and respect for the environment, and Caltex certainly meets these Requirements.
